There’s nothing quite like the bold, vibrant flavours of dishes from that region, and I’m always looking to try new recipes or explore local restaurants that serve them. I’m also a dedicated Formula 1 fan, with a special place in my heart for Ferrari. Race days are an exciting time for me, and I never miss an opportunity to cheer on my team.
